In this simple Photoshop tutorial we will create an image that will look like there is a photo inside of a photo and add some radial blur for the more dynamic effect.
Due to work flow optimization guys at Adobe decided to hide some of the filters in Photoshop CS6, if you are missing some of them, you can easily make the visible again.
If you are mostly using only one resample image option when resizing images, then you can change the default option to the option you are using the most.
