I have created a document with 1024 x 768 dimensions and white background.

I have used Impact font. If you want to resize the text, press Ctrl (Command on MacOS) and T keys to transform layer.

4.

Click above on Layer, Layer Style and select Inner Shadow...

In a new window set the same values like I did and set white fill color (see my pic).

Don't close the window yet ...

10.

Drag the new layer below the text layer (see my pic).

11.

Now hold Ctrl (Command on MacOS) and click on text layer's thumbnail (see my pic).

The new blank layer must remain selected.

12.

Set Expand By to 5 pixels and click OK.

13.

Click above on Edit and select Fill...

In a new window set Use to White  and click OK.

14.

Click above on Layer, Layer Style and select Bevel & Emboss...

In a new window set the same values like I did.

Don't close the window yet ...

Don't close the window yet ...

16.

Then select Outer Glow and again set the same values like I did.

Click OK.

17.
