Create picture inside of a picture using Photoshop
In this simple Photoshop tutorial we will create an image that will look like there is a photo inside of a photo and add some radial blur for the more dynamic effect.

1.

|
|
Open a picture with an object you wish to put into the frame.
An old muscle car in my case.
|
|
|
2.

|
|
Choose the Rectangular Marquee Tool (M for keyboard shortcut).
|
|
|

|
Create a selection around the object.
|
|
|
4.

|
|
In the menu click Select and choose Transform Selection.
Rotate the picture using you mouse (see picture).
Press Enter to confirm the changes.

In the menu click Layer and choose Duplicate Layer...
Click OK when the new layer window turns up.
You just created a new layer from the selection you made.

In the menu click Layer, Layer Style and choose Stroke...
In the Stroke settings window choose the similar settings as I did and click OK.

Choose the original (background) layer (see picture).
|
|
|

In the menu click Filter, Blur and choose Radial Blur...
Choose the same settings as I did and click OK.
|
