One of the important new features of Adobe Photoshop CC is new additions to the shapes tool. You can now create all sorts of different shapes by rounding each corner of a shape separately.
With the new version of Photoshop, you also get a new cropping tool called Perspective Crop Tool which will change the perspective on a image. Check it out, it really is a cool tool.
In this simple Photoshop tutorial we will create an image that will look like there is a photo inside of a photo and add some radial blur for the more dynamic effect.
