Shoot some bullet holes in a bus
In this beginners lesson we're going to use the bullet holes from one picture on the another picture of a bus.

Choose the Lasso Tool.
|
|
|

|
Go to the bullet holes picture, select a bullet hole and press Ctrl + C to copy the bullet hole.
|

|

|
Now go to the bus picture and press Ctrl + V to paste the bullet hole. Press Ctrl + T to activate the Free Transform mode.

|
Transform the bullet any way you want. You might want to shrink it, place it somewhere else, rotate it a bit... Press Enter when done.

Choose the Move Tool (V for a keyboard shortcut)...
|
|
|

...hold the Alt key, click the bullet hole...
|
|
|

|
|
|
...and move your mouse to place the copy of the bullet hole. This is a quick way to duplicate any layer.

|
|
Do the same as many times you want.
|
|
|

Now go to the bullet holes picture and select a glass bullet hole. Press Ctrl + C to copy it...
|

|

|
...and go back to the bus picture, paste (Ctrl +V) the hole and place it on to a window.
|

|

|
|
Repeat the previous steps as many times and go crazy on the poor'ol bus.
If you want to delete some holes just hold the Ctrl and klick the hole to select the layer, then press Delete to remove it.
