Photoshop Rotten Teeth
You should brush your teeth every day, otherwise you will not be needing Adobe Photoshop to make them look bad like in this tutorial.

Select Lasso Tool (L).
|
|
|

|
Make a selection around the teeth.
Don't select lips or anything around it.

Click above on Select, Modify and choose Feather...
In a new window set Feather Radius around 7 pixels and click OK.

Press Ctrl (Command on MacOS) and J together to make a new layer from a selection,

Select Brush Tool (B).
|
|

Select black color or press D key.
|
|
|

Above set Opacity to 50% (see my pic).
|

Right click on document and select custom size brush and hardness to around 25% (see my pic).

Now brush around the teeth like I did.
|

Set blending mode to Color Burn on a new layer.
|

This is my example on the left.

Press Ctrl (Command on MacOS) and U together to open Hue/Saturation window.
First select Colorize and then play with settings like I did.
Click OK.
