Removing a USB drive safely in Windows 8 is essential to prevent data loss or corruption. Follow these steps to ensure safe removal:Save and Close:Make sure you save any open files on the USB drive and close all programs that might be using it.Access the System Tray:Look at the bottom-right corner of your screen for the system tray, which contains various icons, including network and sound icons.Locate the USB Icon:Find the "Safely Remove Hardware and Eject Media" icon.
