Baked hake recipe

The procedure of making baked hake is very simple. Nevertheless we can prepare very tasty and delicious dish for quick meal or Sunday lunch.

Hake fillet
Hake fillet ( 500 g )
Olive oil
Olive oil ( 8 spoon )
Garlic
Garlic ( 1 piece )
Parsley
Parsley ( 2 piece )
Salt
Salt ( 5 pinch )
Lemon
Lemon ( 2 piece )
 
  Persons : | Preparing: 15 min | Making: 5 min | Cleaning: 2 min

Prepare hake fillets.

Pour a little olive oil over hake fillets.
         

 
 
3.
 

Gently spread olive oil onto the whole fillets.
         

 
 
4.
 

Put lubricated fillets in baking tray.
         

 
 
5.
 

Take 4 pieces of garlic and pill them...

...and chop them to little pieces.
           

 
 
7.
 

Set the oven to 200 degrees.
           

 
 
8.
 

Add garlic onto hake fillets.
           

 
 
9.
 

Take parsley and chop it to middle pieces.

 
 
10.
 

Put choped parsley onto hake fillets.            

 
 
11.
 

Add few pinches of salt.            

 
 
12.
 

Take 2 pieces of lemon and cut them to half.
          

 
 
13.
 

Arrange lemon pieces over baking tray.

 
 
14.
 

Put baking tray in the oven...
             

 
 
15.
 

...and bake hake fillets for about 15-20 minutes.


          

 
 
16.
 

Make sure that hake fillets are baked enough.

The meat of baked fillets should be golden light brown.
