Chicken legs with potato and zucchini recipe

Today I will show you my way how to prepare chicken legs. As a side dish I will prepare baked potato and zucchini. The combination gives very good combination of tastes.

Chicken legs
Chicken legs ( 4 piece )
Potatoes
Potatoes ( 4 piece )
Zucchini
Zucchini ( 1 piece )
Salt
Salt ( 2 pinch )
Pepper
Pepper ( 2 pinch )
Spice mix for baked potato
Spice mix for baked potato ( 3 pinch )
Spice mix for poultry
Spice mix for poultry ( 3 pinch )
Oil
Oil ( 2 spoon )
 
  Persons : 2 | Preparing: 10 min | Making: 45 min | Cleaning: 10 min

Take chicken legs and wash them.

Add 3 pinches of Spice mix for poultry.

Spice mix for poultry contains: salt, pepper, sweet pepper, garlic, marjoram, rosemary.

Add 1 spoon of oil.

Mix everything together.

Take potatos.

Pill them and cut them to little pieces.

Add 3 pinches of Spice mix for baked potatos.

Spice mix for baked potatos contains: salt, garlic, cumin, coriander, parsley, red pepper, pepper, nutmeg.

Add 1 spoon of oil.

Put chcken legs and potato in baking tray.

Cut zucchini to slices and put it next to potato and chicken legs in baking tray.

 
 
9.
 

Put baking tray in the oven for about 30 minutes at 170 degrees.

After 15 minutes turn chicken legs and stir potato and zucchini.

 
 
10.
 

After 30 minutes take chicken legs out of the baking tray, increase temperature to 240 degrees and put potato and zucchini back in the oven for 10 more minutes.
