Speed of Light Photoshop Tutorial
Pretty short and simple Photoshop tutorial where you will make a speed of light effect from the scratch and you will not need a spaceship for it.

1.

Create a custom sized document. After that press D key to set black and white colors.
|
|
|

|
Click above on Filter, Render and select Clouds.
|
|
|

Click above on Filter, Pixelate and choose Mezotint...
Set Type to Short Lines and click OK.
|

|
Click above on Filter, Blur and select Radial Blur...
Set the same settings like I did and click OK.

Press Ctrl (Command on MacOS) and U keys to open Hue/Saturation window.
First of all select Colorize and then play with Hue and Saturation values. When happy, click OK.
