Microsoft Windows Phone manager Joe Belfiore uploaded a couple of sharp looking photos that appear to be taken with a much anticipated Nokia Lumia 1020 with a PureView camera rocking 41-megapixels. You need to click the links to original links to fully appreciate the details.
The Nokia Lumia's camera back is suppose to look like this. Similar camera bulge going on as the Nokia PureView 808, the first 41-megapixel camera with PureView technology.

Photos at the Joe Belfiore's flickr link you posted are taken with other devices like Sony, Lumia 920, 620 etc, only a couple of them were taken with Lumia 1020. Open a photo and in description you can see the device it was taken with.
