Hi.

I think I have read somewhere that tide difference can 25 meters? Is this true and where can I find it?

I saw the tide difference in Halls Harbour at video below so this is why I'm wondering.

I think the video you posted is the place where the highest tide ranges are occurring, 53.5 feet (16.3 meters). Don't know about the colossal difference of 25 meters you stated.
