I am a big Playstation 3 fan. I use it every day for watching movies, listening music and sometimes also for watching pictures with my family or friends. For games I don't have so much time, but still I play some of them every few months and still enjoy them. I think Playstation 3 is not a gaming device, but something much more as a home entertainment device.
And this year we might probably see the next version of it and I just hope that Sony people are thinking like much more better than I am. And what the have to do it. We all know that the main new feature might be a 4K resolution (3840 × 2160 or 8.3 megapixels) but I see that nothing else as muscles.
I want to see something that it already should be featured in TVs and also accessories for PS3. The first thing I see, they should make a TV remote with only 5 buttons.Up, down, left, right and enter. The second feature must a controlling TV with waving your hands. One hand means next picture, two hands something else and so one.
Also, they must make console to act as a home server. That means I would like to buy a 2TB version and keep all my data on that device. That means I can then connect with my phones, tablets, notebooks easily to this server and keep my entertainment stuff only on one device.
And they must start making some really useful accessories like home audio systems. I don't want to have lots of systems at home. I just want one box and options to plug accessions on it. So in that case I would just plug two great speakers with PS brand on it and use them as a home cinema system. And you can now imagine what kind of accessories you could make ...
I hope Sony will make something really great like they did with PS3 and let's keep faith in them that they will not make just a big muscles ... Just remember. One device to rule them all.
