Sir Paul McCartney and a reunited Nirvana debut their song Cut Me Some Slack at concert raising money for the victims of Superstorm Sandy. Sir Paul McCartney has fronted a Nirvana reunion at a fundraising concert for the victims of Superstorm Sandy in New York.
The former Beatle introduced Nirvana’s surviving members, Dave Grohl, Krist Novoselic and Pat Smear, to the stage in Madison Square Gardens during his own performance.After a quick story about "jamming" with a few guys recently, McCartney said it dawned on him that he was "in the middle of a Nirvana reunion."
"The penny finally dropped that I was in the middle of a Nirvana reunion," he said, before introducing the band.It was be the first time the surviving members of the grunge band have played together in 20 years.
