Is mixing different fruits light or heavy for stomach? |

| Hi.
I mix some fruits (banana, two small apples and one orange) few times per week and must admit that I feel better for the whole day (including also sports). But one friend told me that mixing fruits could be also heavy for stomach.
Like, eat one banana, two apples and one orange in the same time. She's got a point but? |

I think it cannot hurt if you eat them normally and not overdose yourself with these fruits.
Specially it's good to eat them in the morning, because when you sleep it's good for your stomach to relax and not otherwise.
