Will Nokia release PR1.4 update for Nokia N9 device? |

Hello.
My friend has just asked my that question and I now I am asking you. Will there be any updates for MeeGo device Nokia N9 in the future? The last one was PR1.3 and I far as I remember Nokia said that they will support N9 for years?

Hi.
I am not sure if Nokia will release any updates for this phone in the future. The main reason is probably that the whole N9 team abandoned Nokia and created a new company Jolla, which will produce MeeGo smart phones and MeeGo operating system.
I have read lots of articles about that topic. Jolla will not make upgrades for N9 and they will focus on innovations. On 21th November they will introduce their new phone.
It's sad that the worst CEO (Stephen Elop I am sure but it's true) in history has left such a great potential. And there are many with the same thoughts.
