Why has Google Nexus 4 only 16GB ob maximum storage? |

Greetings.
I really wonder why Google is limiting their devices to maximum of 16Gb of storage? I know that cloud is becoming a big part of all of us but watching movies on big screens is also important and I don't want to stream them. And I really want to have a Google phone because of the updates.

I am also disappointed with that limited storage. Google want for sure that we are starting using cloud services, but I think the time is not yet to Cloud become a standard. I am also watching movies (one movie for that device is cca. 2GB large) and 12GB (for user) is too little.
They say it's for developers. But I say they should change their politics.
