Gotye song remixed by old computer parts |

Somebody that I used to know is a great song by Gotye, and its latest remix is played by 2 old hard disk drives, a HP scanner, oscilloscope and microcontroller controlled Xylophone.

| According to the YouTube description they used Amiga 600 Bass on left audio output and Guitar on right audio then each audio channel was fed into an oscilloscope. The HP Scanjet 3C used as the vocals was programmed to help it stay in sync. Respect to the guys, at first I thought they only took the sound samples, but everything was actually played on these vintage computer parts, that's pretty amazing. |
