Can I fix broken wooden toilet chair? |

Hi.
I want to fix my broken toilet chair that is broken. Its dimensions are not common so I cannot buy it anywhere and I have searched a lot. Can anyone explain me how to fix it? I am sure that I have to put some paint over it, bit the broken part must be fixed like the wall?
