What you need is a firm, thin and pointy object you can stick in a tiny hole of your Nokia Lumia 920 you can see in the picture bellow.
Best to use is the pointy thingy that came along the phone, but if for any reason don't have, you can also use one of those office clips or a thing but firm wire.

First locate the hole on the top of your Lumia 920 ...

|
... and stick the thingy into it, slowly but with determination ...
|
|

|
|
... until the SIM holder pops out a bit.
|
|
| |
5.
|
|
|
Take the SIM holder out and put the micro SIM card into the holder like that.
|
|
| |
6.
|
|
|
Put the SIM holder with micro SIM back into the slot and shove it until it's securely locked.
|
