Photoshop gold plated rims on a Porsche
Sounds hard and expensive, but in the world of Photoshop it's really quite simple and cheap.

1.
Open a picture with a car you want to pimp up a bit.
I've decided to pimp one of my all time favorite cars, Porsche Carrera GT.
3.
Click Shape layers button.
4.
Set the Foreground color ...
5.
... by entering d4bd47 into the # field.
Click OK.
6.
Start selecting the rim.
The rims will get filled with the same color you selected in the previous step.
7.
Press ENTER when you get all the way around.
8.
Select the other rim as well.
9.
Select both layers (see picture).
Hold the CTRL key and keep on layer to add it to or remove it from the selection.
10.
Right click the selected layers and click Rasterize Layers.
This way we transformed the paths into "real" layers so that we have more possibilities when editing them.
11.
Select the Shape 2 layer and choose Color Burn as a blending mode (see picture).
12.
Do the same for Layer 1 (see picture).
13.
Done deal! Now you're pimpin' ;)
