Miniature effect on a photo using Photoshop CS6
New Photoshop CS6 brings also a new feature which enables users to easily create a miniature effect on a photograph.

1.

|
Open a photograph.
In my case I have opened school buses. The best choose for this effect is to open photographs of vehicles.

|
|
Click on Filter, Blur in and choose Tilt-Shift...
|
|
|

|
Now drag the slider in inner circle to modify a blur setting
|
|
|

|
You can modify settings on the right side of Photoshop if you don't like the circle modifying.
|

Click and drag the inner circle to move the blur center up or down.
|
|
|

|
|
Now drag the full line up or down to set up the safe zone.
|
|
|

Then move the dotted line to set up the blurred part of picture.
|

When finished, click OK.
Check out the difference with clicking on Preview..
|

We are finished with Tilt-Blur setting.
Click on Layer, New Adjustment Layer and select Hue/Saturation...
In a new window (confirm the the name of new adjustment layer with clicking on OK) set the Saturation around 20.
