How to create a folder on iPad or iPhone
If you want to have your apps more organized on your iPad or iPhone, you can create a folder and add apps into it.

1.

|
|
Let's say we want all of the games you have installed on your iPad or iPhone in a folder or a map called Games.
Tap and hold any game app icon you want ...
|

|

|
|
|
... until the icons start shaking and a black cross appears to them.
Shaking icons means, they are in an edit mode.
|
|
|
3.
|
|
|
Tap and hold the icon and bring it over another game icon ...
|
|
|
4.
|
|
|
... and a folder with a name Action gets created automatically.
Tap the new Folder icon, to return to your screen app screen.
|
|
|
5.
|
|
|
Now just bring all the other game icons into the new folder icon.
|
|
|

|
|
Here's your new app folder. While still in the shaking edit mode, tap you new folder.
|
|
|

|
|
Tap the name of the folder ...
|
|
|
8.
|
|
|
... and change it to something else if you want.
I'm going to name it Games as all the apps I added to the folder are games.
Tap the folder to go back to the apps screen again.

|
|
|
And press the Home Center button on your iPad or iPhone to quit the edit mode.
You can put any app into any folder your like.
