Car windshield reflection in Photoshop
Adding a reflection to windshield window of a car is easier then you might think, let me show how to do that using Photoshop.

1.

|
Open an image of a car you want to add a reflection to it's windshield window.
I'm using a picture of an awesome Lexus LFA.
|

|
2.
|
|
|
Press Ctrl + J to duplicate the layer.
|
|
|
3.
|
|
|
Choose Pen Tool (P for a keyboard shortcut)
|
|
|

|
|
Start select the windshield window step by step (see picture).
As you come around, click the starting point to close the path.
|
|
|

|
|
Right click the path you just made and choose Make Selection...
|
|
|

|
|
New window opens, just click OK.
You can smoothen the edges a bit if you want by setting Feather Radius to about 3 pixels.

Click Add layer mask.
Adding a layer mask, we selected the area we're going to add a picture to.
|

|

|
|
In the menu click File and choose Place...
Choose the picture and click Place.
|
|
|

|
|
Adjust/stretch the picture so it cover the windshield.
Hold Shift key to keep the picture proportion in tact.
Press Enter when done.

Picture you chose as a reflection was added as a new layer, right click it ...
|
|
|

|
|
|
... and choose Create Clipping Mask.
|
|
|

|
|
|
Picture fitted to windshield area you have selected at the beginning.
|
|
|

|
|
Choose Overlay as a layer blending mode.
|
|
|
14.
|
|
|
Set the layer opacity to 50%.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
