In this tutorial we will create a new Presnetation which is something most people are familiar with from Microsoft PowerPoint.

Sign in to your Gmail account and click Documents in the Google menu.

You can go directly to Google Docs by clicking the following link docs.google.com, but you still need to sign-in to your Google account when asked.

When in Docs, click Create and choose Spreadsheet.

2.

If you get a start the tour screen just close it (see picture).

3.

If asked choose the theme you would like for your presentation (background) ...

4.

... and click OK.

5.

Let's enter a title of your presentation.

Click Click to add title ...

6.

... and enter your presentation title.

Let's enter a subtitle.

Choose Click to add subtitle ...

7.

... and enter subtitle.

8.

First slide of your presentation is done, let's add another one.

Click the little drop down arrow next to + button and choose Title and Two Columns.

9.

Enter a title and click inside the left text box (see picture).

10.

In the toolbar click Bulleted list.

11.

Next to bullet (black dot)  that appeared in a text box enter the first point you want to present and press Enter.

12.

Enter as many points as you want then click the text box on the right side (see picture).

13.

Your second presentation slide is done as well.

14.

Let's add another slide to you presentation.

Click the + button.

15.

I will now show you how to delete text boxes or elements you don't need.

Click the outline of the text box and press Delete key.

Delete both text boxes.

16.

Let's now see how to add a new text box.

In the menu click Text Box button (see picture) ...

17.

... and draw a rectangle.

Just click hold and drag your mouse.

18.

Change the text size.

Click the Font size button and set the font to 36.

19.

Change the text color.

In the toolbar click the Text color button (see picture).

20.

Click in the text box you created in step 17 and write some valid points to your slide's title.

You can now create several more slides to you presentation by doing the similar stuff we did in the previous steps.

21.

Let's now put a name to your presentation.

Click Untitled presentation ...

22.

... enter your presentation name and click OK.

Your presentation should have been saved automatically.

23.

To start your presentation, click Start presentation.

You presentation should start, use mouse or left and right arrow keys on your keyboard to move through the slides. To close the presentation just close the window or press Esc key.

If you go back to your Google docs home, you should now see your saved Google docs presentation with the name you entered in the step 22.
