Click Start, put cmd.exe into Search programs and files field and press Enter.

Windows command prompt window shows up. No type ipconfig and press Enter.
You can also type ipoconfig/all for even more information about your network cards and settings.

Now you get all sorts of data listed, the part you want to know is the number next to IPv4 address.
In my case it's 192.168.252.89.
If you are behind a router, like me, than this is you internal IP address. If you are connected directly to the Internet, than this is also your public Intenet IP address. If you are behind a router click here to find out your public Intenet IP address.
