For this tutorial to work, you need a USB key with minimum size of 4GB (Gigabytes), a Windows 8 installation ISO image or Windows 8 installation DVD.
To download ISO image for the latest release of Windows 8 Release Preview, click here. To download Windows 8 Enterprise RTM, click here.
Before you start, make sure to backup all the data on your USB for all data will be erased in the procedure!

Launch the Windows 7 USB DVD Download Tool.
Click Start, All Programs, Windows 7 USB DVD Download Tool and choose Windows 7 USB DVD Download Tool.

Tool should start right up.
Click Browse button ...
|

... and double click to choose Windows 8 ISO installation file.

... click USB device ...
|
|
|

... select your USB key drive ...
|

... and click Begin copying.

Before you click erase USB device, again make sure you backed up all the data on your USB key!
Click Erase USB Device.

This is your last chance to back up your USB key data!
Click Yes.

Wait for the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool to go through the procedure.
It can take a few minutes.

And that is all, your USB key is locked and loaded, ready to boot and get installed on a laptop or desktop computer!
