Quick Launch in Windows 7
Just like in Windows XP you can also have a Quick Launch function in Window 7, you just need to enable it.

1.

Right click the Taskbar, then click Toolbars and New toolbar.
2.
In the Folder input box enter %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch
Or rather copy (Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) it.
And click Select folder or press Enter.

Quick Launch should have appeared in your taskbar. Click the >> to see the shortcuts. And click the shortcut to open the application you want.

If you want to delete a shortcut from your Quick Launch, just open the Quick Launch, right click the application you no longer want in there and click Delete.
You're only going to delete the shortcut of the application, don't worry.
