Japanese robot can climbe ladders

Robots are getting smarter and more agile, ladder climbing robot from Osaka in Japan is a prime example of these humaniods.

"Dream Robo" as the robot is called, can actually climb up and down ladders completely by itself. It was created by Japanese company Muscle Corporation based in Osaka and a few other Japanese companies.





Climbing android is 1.4m tall and weighs about 30k. Five in its body built motors help him move and climb up and down ladders as you're able to see in the following video.
