Open a new Microsoft Office 2010 Word document.
In the menu click Page Layout, Orientation and choose Landscape.
2.
In the menu click Insert and SmartArt.
3.
In the SmartArt Graphic window, select Hierarchy and choose the Organization Chart.
4.
An empty organization chart appears on your document. Click the arrow button on the left edge (see picture).

I'm going to make a "sloppy" hierarchy of dreevoo.com.
Click to write the title in the Type your text here window (see picture).
6.
I don't need the box below the title so I'm going to delete it.
Click it and press Delete key.
7.
Now enter the categories bellow the title (see picture).
If you want to add a category just select the last one and press Enter.

It should look a little something like this by now.
9.
Let's add a subcategory.
Right click the first category box (Programs in my case), click Add Shape ...
10.
... and choose Add Shape Below.
11.
A new subcategory appears, now enter the text for it ...
12.
... and add some more of them.
13.
Add more subcategories for each category, just like I did.
You can add the subcategory to a subcategory, you can go as deep as you wish.
14.
Choose the color for your hierarchy ...
15.
... and add an effect to make it more appealing.
16.
That's it, all done.
You can make some really complex and great looking visuals with this tool, just don't exaggerate, keep it nice clean and simple. Content should be readable in on point.
