Creating Outlook folders
Some people organize their e-mails using categories and flags, other use folders, or combination of both. Let's see how to create a new folder.

In Outlook click Home to get to your e-mails
|
|
|

Right click the e-mail account and choose New Folder...
If you want your new folder in an existing folder then right click the existing folder, for example: if you want your new folder to be in the Inbox folder, right click the Inbox folder and choose New Folder.

In the Create New Folder window enter the Name of your new folder and click OK.
|
