Open Outlook 2010, click File in the menu and click Manage Rules & Alerts button.

2.

In the Rules and Alerts window choose Apply rule on messages I receive and click Next...

3.

...select from people or public group...

4.

...click people or public group (see picture)....

5.

....choose the person and click From or just enter an e-mail if you can't find it in your contacts.

Click OK and then click Next.

...and choose the folder you want all the received e-mail from the person you specified  to be moved automatically upon receiving.

Click OK and then click Finished.

9.

You can see your new rule in the rules window.

If you wish to deactivate it just uncheck it, if you want to delete it, select the rule and click Delete.

10.

You can run your rule immediately, so all the already received e-mails from the person you specified will be moved to the folder you specified in the rule, just click Run Rules Now if you want to do that.

All new e-mails will be moved automatically.
