How to set limit mobile data usage on LG G2
A really useful feature in case you want to receive a warning notification before you use all of the mobile data available according to your mobile provider contract. It's a great way to avoid additional charges.

1.
Tap the menu/options touch button and choose System settings.
2.
Choose Networks and tap Mobile data.
3.
Enable the Limit mobile data usage option ...
4.
Read the notification and click OK.
5.
Now tap the Data usage cycle settings ...
6.
... tap Change cycle...
7.
... now set the day in month when you want to reset the cycle.
I want mine to reset and start counting on the 1st day of each month.
Tap Set when done.

All you need to do now is to set at what point you want to be warned about the data usage and when you want your G2 to disable the mobile data so you will avoid any extra charges.
First tap and drag the orange warning line.
I have 5GB (gigabytes) of mobile data available to spend, so I'm going to set the warning to 4.5GB.
The red limit line set according to data you have available according to your contract. I'm going to set mine to 5GB.
And that is it.

When you will reach your warning level, this kind of notification will appear.

And when you reach your data limit, you will get this kind of a pop-up message.
If you want to disable your mobile data to avoid any extra charges, than simply tap OK. If you want to keep using mobile data, than tap Reconnect.
