Take the biggest key that came with the brush cutter...

...and remove 3-blade knife.
|

Take the nylon tread and place it on the axle of brush cutter.
|
|

|
Insert the tool into the hole in the housing gear and align the hole in the bracket with the hole in the washer.

|
|
|
Rotate now the nylon tread counter-clockwise until it is tightly screwed.
