How to attach files in MS Outlook

I'm going to show you how to attach files to E-mails  in Outlook, so you'll be able to send some documents, pictures or whatever you want.

If you already written an E-mail and now you want to attach some files as well ...


Also recommended:

... click Attach File button in the E-mail menu.

If you can't see this button, click the Insert tab and click Attach File button.

Select the file or files you want to send with this E-mail.

Hold Ctrl to select or deselect more then one file.

Don't overdo with the number of files, most of the E-mail providers have a certain number of files and size of files limit.

Click Insert.

 
 
5.
 

And the files are now attached to your E-mail.

All you need to do now is click Send and off they go.
