Notification rules in Google Drive Table
You can set notifications to find out when your collaborators have modified your spreadsheets, and learn what sheets or cells they've modified. You can also choose how often you'd like to be notified.

Open your Google Drive account.
Create new or open existing spreadsheet.

Click Tools and select Notification rules…
|
|
|

Mark Any changes are made (you will receive notification when changes are made to the entire spreadsheet).
You can set different kinds of rules (Anything on this sheet is changed, Any of these cells are changed, Collaborators are added or removed, A user submits a form).

Now mark Email-daily digest (in this case you will receive daily notification about any changes in your spreadsheet).
Other option is Email-right away (in this case you will receive notification right away if anyone change something in your spreadsheet).
Click Save.
