Creating moving inscriptions or text animations in Adobe Premiere Pro involves using keyframes to animate the text's position, scale, opacity, or other properties over time. Here's a basic step-by-step guide to creating moving inscriptions:

1. **Open Adobe Premiere Pro:**
- Launch Premiere Pro and create a new project or open an existing one.

2. **Create a New Text Layer:**
- In the "Project" panel, click on the "New Item" button and select "Text" to create a new text layer.

3. **Add Text to the Timeline:**
- Drag the text layer from the "Project" panel to the timeline.

4. **Position the Text:**
- Use the Selection tool (V) to click and drag the text layer to the desired starting position on the video preview.

5. **Open the Effects Controls Panel:**
- Click on the text layer in the timeline to select it, and then go to the "Effect Controls" panel. If you can't find it, go to the "Window" menu and make sure "Effect Controls" is checked.

6. **Add Keyframes:**
- Move the playhead to the beginning of the timeline.
- In the "Effect Controls" panel, look for the properties you want to animate, such as Position or Scale.
- Click on the stopwatch icon next to the property to create the first keyframe.

7. **Move the Playhead and Adjust Text:**
- Move the playhead to a later point in the timeline.
- Adjust the text properties (position, scale, opacity, etc.) by dragging or using numerical values in the "Effect Controls" panel.

8. **Add More Keyframes as Needed:**
- Continue moving the playhead and adjusting the text properties, adding keyframes as needed. This will create the animation.

9. **Preview Your Animation:**
- Play back your timeline to preview the text animation.

10. **Fine-Tune and Add Effects (Optional):**
- You can further refine your text animation by adding effects or using additional keyframes for other properties.

11. **Export Your Video:**
- Once you are satisfied with the animation, export your video by going to "File" > "Export" > "Media" and selecting your export settings.

Remember that Premiere Pro offers a wide range of options for text animations and keyframing. Feel free to experiment with different properties and settings to achieve the desired effect for your moving inscriptions.
