Crunchy chicken Chinese style

If you like Asian style and if you like chicken, this one should be a piece of cake, or chicken?

Chicken breasts
Chicken breasts ( 1 piece )
Wheat flour
Wheat flour ( 200 g )
Corn flour
Corn flour ( 100 g )
Oil
Oil ( 2 dl )
 
  Persons : 1 | Preparing: 10 min | Making: 5 min | Cleaning: 2 min

Clean the chicken breasts and cut hem on thinner slices.

Use the hammer to tenderize them a bit.

Pour 200 grams of wheat flour in a bowl...

... and add 100 grams of corn flour.

 
 
5.
 

Start stirring and adding water...

I used the other end of  the cooking laddle.

... keep stirring until the mix becomes as thick as a little thicker cream.

 
 
7.
 

Pour some oil in the frying pan, set the highest temperature, wait for the oil to get hot in the meantime...

... put the chicken steaks in the mix.

Both sides of the steaks should be covered, shake the rests of.

Put the steaks carefully into the boiling oil ...

... fry them till they are done on both sides.

I fried them for about 4 minutes on each sides, until they became golden brown.

 
 
12.
 

Take the steaks using fork out of the frying pan and put them on a paper towel so the rest of the oil get soaked into the paper.

 
 
13.
 

Cut the stakes on smaller pieces.

 
 
14.
 

And enjoy.
