Effect of Blood Dripping Wallpaper with Photoshop
Some impressive looking effects can be done in a pretty simple manner, and this dripping blood one is no exception.

1.

|
Create a new document.
Click above in File and select New...
Then set custom dimensions and click OK.
|
|
|
2.
|
|
|
After that click above on Edit and select Fill...
Set Use to Black and press OK.
|
|
|

|
|
Click above on Filter, Render and select Lens Flare...
Set the random point of effect on window above and Brightness 100 %.
Click OK when finished.

4.

|
|
Repeat the effect more times with different locations of effect and brightness.
Click OK when finished.

|
|
Press Ctrl (Command on MacOS) and J together to duplicate layer.
|
|
|

|
|
Set the blending mode of duplicated layer to Screen.
|
|
|

|
|
Click above on Filter, Sketch and select Bas Relief...
Set the same settings like I did and click OK.
|

|
|
Select the Background layer.
|
|
|

|
|
Click above on Filter, Sketch and select Chrome...
Set the same settings like I did and click OK.
|

10.

|
|
Select the layer above and set it's blending mode to Color Burn.
|
|

Press Ctrl (Command on MacOS) and U together and first select Colorize option.
After that set higher value of Hue setting and press OK when satisfied.
