Compatibility with Older Versions of Word Programs

Are people experiencing troubles when trying to open you Word  files? Send them a document that will work in older versions of Word.

Open any Word document or create a new one.

Click File and choose Save as...

Under Save as type, select the version in which you wish to save the document

I chose Word 97-2003 Document.

Type the File name and click Save.
