Set number of zeros in Excel's cell

If you are working with numbers often and you also like to be organized, then this tutorial might be helpful for you.

1.
 

Open new spreadsheet and write random numbers like I did.

 
 
2.
 

Then select all those cells with numbers.

Right click with your mouse button on selected cells and choose Format Cells...

In a new window first choose Custom in Category field.

 
 
5.
 

In field Type write nine zeros (see the pic on the left).

In my case I want to have nine numbers. Write more or less zeros to modify the number if you want.

 
 
6.
 

Click OK when finished.

 
 
7.
 

We are finished.
