Tasty drinks like our grandmothers used to do it, they were tasty, easy to make and full of vitamins, let's make a smoothie out of oranges, bananas and apples.

You need a blender, you can also use a stick mixer.
|

Make a few cuts into shell of the Orange ...
Go around the orange with a knife a few times so you can peel it easier.

Split the orange into four.

And put it into the blender.
If you are using stick mixer, put the fruit into a longer/taller pot.

Cut it into larger pieces and put into the blender.

Take the apple and peel it.
If the apple peel does not bother you, you don't need to peel it as most of the vitamins are in the apple's peel.

Cut the apple into pieces and put it into the blender.
Remove the apple seeds as well.

Cover the blender.
Start mixing, carefully lean the blender in all directions so all of the fruit will blend like it should.
You can add other fruit you like as well, the fruit I chose contains the mixture for your body important vitamins.
