Owner of a 72 million year old dinosaur tail found
In recent days a new spectacular dinosaur finding has been been discovered, a very well preserved 5 meter fossil of a 72 million year old dinosaur. Want to know which dinosaur it could belong to?
As you may read in the news, in north-Mexican state of Coahuila a 5 meters (15-foot) long dinosaur tail has been found. The fossil is very well preserved and the researchers of Mexico's National Institute have a pretty good idea who might be missing the tail.
The huge tail formed by the 50 vertebrae most likely belongs to a 12 meters (40-foot) dinosaur called a hadrosaur, that also goes by the name as a duck-billed dinosaur you can see in the picture bellow.
