First connect your Galaxy device to a Wi-Fi network.
Go to the Applications screen and tap to open Kies Air app.

Tap OK if a message pops up.
|
|
|

|
Tap Start to start the Kies Air service.
|
|
|

|
This is now the URL you need to enter into your web browser.
Phone and the computer you are connecting with need to both be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

|
Go to the computer, open your favorite web browser and enter the url displayed on your Samsung Galaxy device.
http://192.168.10.200:8080 in my case.
Confirm any Windows security messages you might encounter if you are a Windows user, same goes for the Mac users.

|
An Access request, with a pin numbers should now pop up on your phone.
|
|
|

|
|
Go back to the computer, enter the pin displayed on the phone and click OK.
|
|
|
8.

|
|
If you want to create a desktop icon on your computer's desktop, click OK, otherwise click Cancel.
|
|
|
9.
|
|
|
In case you are asked confirm the Java Web Start Launcher, click OK.
If you are asked to install a Java program, than follow the instructions to install it.

|
If a Kies Air Discovery service application's digital signature windows pops up, click Run.
|
|
|
11.
|
|
|
If everything went well, you are now able to manage all the content stored on your Samsung Galaxy device.
For instance you can download or upload images, videos, music files, ringtones, bookmarks. You can read and write text messages, check your calendar, menage contacts and many more.
