In the print preview pane the first page has the title row included ...

... the next page doesn't and when you have a large number of columns and pages it can make the reading quite difficult.

To have the main column or row visible on all printed page, click Page Layout in the menu and then click Print Titles button (see picture).

In the Page Setup window, click the Rows to repeat at top entry field ...
Click the Columns to repeat at left if you want the columns to be visible on every printed page.

... and select the column (row) or cells you want to be printed out on every page.
|

When you are done selecting, click OK.
|

That's all.
If you now go back to the print preview (File, Print) and scroll to the second, third,... page of you excel document, there should be the columns or rows you selected visible on every page and as such ready to be printed out.
