To organize and view contacts on a Nexus 4, you can use the built-in Contacts app. Open the Contacts app from your home screen or app drawer. Here, you can add new contacts manually or import them from your SIM card. To import contacts from your SIM card, go to the Contacts app, tap on the menu icon (usually three dots or lines), then select "Import/export" and choose "Import from SIM card." This will allow you to transfer contacts stored on your SIM card to your phone's internal storage for easier management and access. Additionally, ensure your SIM registration https://smartsimregistration.net/ is up to date to avoid any interruptions in service or contacts syncing.
