How to use Google now voice search

Google now is sort of an intelligent personal assistant that depending on the data that Google gathers knows you pretty well. One of the coolest functions of Google now is the voice recognition functionality.

To launch Google now on a Google Nexus with an Android stock OS, swipe up the screen.

In Google Now, tap the Voice Recognition button in the Google search field (see picture).

You need an Internet connection to use this function.

As you get the Speak now notification, as Google anything you want. For example I asked "Who is the president of the United States".

Voice recognition function should recognize your words ...

... and you should get a result in a matter of seconds.

To continue with you voice searches, simply tap the voice recognition microphone icon again and speak up ...

I asked, "What is the tallest building in the world"....

And got a correct answer with location. Pretty impressive right?
