Create a new Photoshop document, set the size to about 500x500 pixels and set the Background Contents to Transparent.
By creating a new document I mean click File and choose New...

Press D, to set black/white color.
|

In the menu click Filter, Render and choose Clouds.

In the menu click Filter, Render and choose Difference Clouds.
Press Ctrl + F to repeat the last applied filter - Difference Clouds in our case.

In the menu click Image, Adjustments and choose Levels...
Choose the same or similar settings as I did and click OK.

In the menu click Filter, Stylize and choose Extrude...
Choose the same settings as I did and click OK.

In the menu click Filter, Stylize and choose Extrude...
Choose the same settings as I did and click OK.

In the menu click Image, Adjustments and choose Hue/Saturation...
Choose the same or similar settings as I did and click OK.

In the menu click Layer and choose Duplicate Layer...
When a layer naming windows pops up simply click OK.

In the menu click Filter, Stylize and choose Glowing Edges...
Choose the same or similar settings as I did and click OK.

In the menu click Image, Adjustments and choose Invert.
|
|

Set the duplicated layer Blending Mode to Multiply.
|
|
|
