Open random photo.
2.
Click on icon
Create new fill or adjustment layer
and select
Hue/Saturation...
3.
In new window first select
Colorize
.
4.
After that set up Hue to
35
and Saturation around
40
.
Confirm changes by clicking on
OK
.
