Chicken stew with vegetables recipe

Stew originates in Hungary, but as many dishes mutated over time depending on tastes. I will show you my was how to prepare chicken stew with vegetables.

Chicken breasts
Chicken breasts ( 400 g )
Carrot
Carrot ( 2 piece )
Tomato pulp
Tomato pulp ( 3 spoon )
Red pepper
Red pepper ( 2 teaspoon )
Salt
Salt ( 1 pinch )
Basil
Basil ( 2 pinch )
Bay leaf
Bay leaf ( 2 piece )
Oil
Oil ( 1 spoon )
 
  Persons : 2 | Preparing: 10 min | Making: 20 min | Cleaning: 10 min

Wash and scrap carrot.

Cut it to little slices.

Chop the onion.

Heat the oil.

Add onion and saute it.

Add to little pieces sliced chicken.

Add carrot and salt.

Add bay leaf.

Add 3 dc of water.

Add tomato pulp.

Add red pepper.

You can also add some other vegetables.

I have used some frozen vegetables.

Now leave it to boil for about 5 more minutes, that vegatebles will become soft.
